@KBergCBSNew York has until 11:59 p.m. ET to formally cut ties with Lin. While decision not unanimous, source characterizes reversal as unlikely.

Yeah a derivative suit is possible at least. Very tough to pull off however. But it's something that is within the scope of reasonable.
