That's the stupid thinking of the current Lithuanian NT coach Kemzura, and the former Jonas' coach in Lietuvos Rytas that has killed so much of his confidence. I hope Raptors don't think this way. Jonas needs to be energized for great defense by offense opportunities. He needs to feel the team working for him to score so he can defend and create opportunities for the others. At this point it is crucial for his success, as the team depends on his success quite a bit, and there is some time to be taken to undo the wrongdoings of those two coaches. The thinking "we want him to do the hard work, so we can score" is crap.
