My stance has always been to give homosexual people a new institution, that affords them all the legal rights and benefits and protection, but is specifically in a different category than traditional marriage.

If they want the world to acknowledge this as a "new family unit" then it should be deserving of a new institution.

But leave the traditional foundation of human existence alone.

Oh no. A lot of people do say what you posted.

It is just that if say, a person exhibits extreme alpha male mentality, I tend to stay away from such people because they have a tendency to be violent and easily offended.

In a real life situation, I would not risk myself to get in contact with such people. On the internet I have no such concern.

I am one of the nicest, non-violent people you will ever meet.

Also, that post about why people use homosexual slurs was an -explanation- of why people use it. I personally don't use slurs.

Well you see that is the advantage of internet.

What is your proof that those doing the transcriptions/translations didn't bend to the cultural beliefs of the day?

How do you explain the complete lack of mention of women on women homosexual sex in the original ancient Hebrew Leviticus, especially when women were mentioned in earlier verses? I would suggest that their exclusion casts doubt on the translation as well for why would God prohibit the Hebrew males of the time to have sex with one another and not prohibit the women from doing so?

That is not playing the translation game, women are simply not mentioned. Meaning God did not have an opinion on the matter.
