I thought Harkless couldn't be traded yet. I know they could agree to a deal now but to make the trade call with the league office Harkless would have to be eligible to be traded.

Looking back Henigen said he was reluctant to pull the trigger on a few (much better) deals a month or two back and now they settle for this. Unbelievable. Im not even a magic fan and i feel bad.

Incorrect. He's partially guaranteed, 50% each of the last two years. Still owed over 14 million guaranteed on the remainder of his contract.
