They could just as easily move Lopez, a 7 footer who can get you 20 a night, for a lottery pick if they want draft picks so bad.
Apparently he just didn't want to move Howard within the conference.
Harrington's contract is only 50 percent guaranteed in 2013-14 and 2014-15. It can be used as a trade chip for teams that want to cut salary.
Hell, even Brooks is a better trade chip than Harrington.
