Evans - All-Star
Blatche - All-Star potential
Oden - Low risk, High reward
Rest of the roster - O'Quinn, Nicholson, Liggins, Afflalo, McRoberts, Harrington, Davis, Vucevic, Ayon, etc...

Not bad imo.

that would be hard to pull off

Signing Oden would be nice, but so far we dont even have place to sign a backup PG, so we would have to make some trades before thinking about signing anyone.

trade a few of these bigs and fix that PG position

David Baumann @DavidBaumann33
Details per my #NBA source: #Magic to tab Brett #Gunning as a top-3 asst. & 4-year contract will mirror length of ... http://t.co/H4f86GXk

So, Hennigan and Vaughn both got 4 year deals.

So we're filling out more of the scouting department and now the coaching staff too. I love what we know so far about all three, especially what things the East Mich guy can do for our scouting now. I think Vaughn is being envisioned by the Magic as a Brooks/Spoelstra type coach who will grow with the team/job personally and into the playoffs and title.

Maybe Brooks, I guess. But Spoelstra was basically gift wrapped a title contender squad.

The problem despite all this young blood and potential coming in is that Martins is still at the top

I don't see that as an issue. Martins has clearly allowed Hennigan to have his freedom.

Clean Slate.....i like it.....finally seems like we're taking this ish seriously.....instead of giving Otis a blank check and power to do whatever we look like we have a solid front office with guys that seemingly know what they're doing for once.....that will actually use thought and planning when making decisions and will take scouting seriously.....I also like that we're taking player development seriously as well....Clean slate also means that with a new coaching staff we will see who really deserves to be on the floor instead of the Stan "Veterans" approach.....it seems like we're covering all the avenues here trying to make every aspect of our Front office Solid.....real methodical....for what it's worth it seems like they want to get it right this time.....

What's the problem with him? He is in the job for less than 1 year, tried to keep D12, but it wasnt possible because D12 wanted to leave (Otis' bad choices in the past), then fired Otis and signed a young and talented GM.

Martins knows he doesnt know anything about basketball, so now all the power is with Rob.

Andray effin Blatche?

Holy hell I've read it all now.

Hey Andrew, study under Andray. He'll show you the way.

Can we get Ricky Davis here while we're at it?!?
