Anyone named Jimmer shouldn't be allowed in the NBA.

Just for the record, his real name is James. How in the hell he got the awful-sounding "Jimmer" as a nickname is a mystery.

Didn't he say his mom called him Jimmer?

Even worse.

Anyone voluntarily keeping a wank stain nickname like Jimmer should be shot.

From the Wiretap article entitled, "Mavericks to Waive Eddy Curry""
Curry was signed before the start of the season due to the Mavericks being thin in the frontcourt.

It is like a huge softball right down the middle of the plate. If you want to stop being thin in the frontcourt, what easier way than to bring Eddy Curry on board.

The Rockets are a Robin to Harden's Batman from becoming very dangerous. Let's hope they don't get a strong PF anytime in the next five years.

Asik with an awesome stateline: 0pts, 19 rebounds. He's like a spry Chris Dudley.

I can't believe I didn't bet on the Lakers +7.5 last night against Detroit. That was the easiest bet of the season.

Hey stfoo Monroe/Drummond are better AND more valuable than Bogut/Lee right now. Future superstar frontcourt right there.

Nah...not so much. Those two might be better in three or four years...but right now Lee and Bugut would make those two look like like indiots in any kind of head to head match up.

On a completely different subject, I realized watching the Clips game that the reason they signed Crawford was so that they would have the All-Flop Team competition won before the season even began. I really hope a couple of them pull ligaments flinging themselves around in that ridiculous kayfabe BS.

(By the way, I thought it was crap when Crawford was a Warrior. I used to wince when he'd get that call after leg-whipping some defender two feet away.)

It was -7.5, and I tried to bet it but was just a tad late :(
