Hints about episode five from Kirkman:

Kirkman hinted that episode five may pack a surprising punch for fans of the comics, and introduce viewers to The Governor's daughter in an opening scene that could leave the audience dumbfounded.

"I don't want to reveal too much," Kirkman said. "But I will say that the opening scene of Episode 5 is, uh...It's going to be a pretty memorable one. So be on the look out for that."

And what I think we're going to see:

I think we get the Guvnuh planting a big one on his zombie daughter's lips.

You pretty much have to be caught up on any show you want to see in order to play in this thread. There are spoilers for everything.

Bah ok, this is like when I **** up the DVR of a game and hit the live TV button and see the score of the game in the 4th quarter. Be back in a bit.

Don't bring a sword to a gun fight..unless of course your Michonne. Bout time they unleash her and show her dominate some walkers

Huge let-down episode TWD in my opinion.

Dexter was boring and stale to me. Same old story different season.

All caught up on TWD. The phone calls...he's losing it right? Anyone know how long this season is going to be? Have they said how many seasons it will be?

If you saw the episode, you know the phone calls are in his head. So I guess he is losing it.

The season will be 16 episodes (8 and 8). The fall finale is this coming Sunday, and I expect it to return in February to serve as an eventual lead-in to Mad Men (which will lead into Breaking Bad, etc.)

No love for the Walking Dead on the board lately...next 15 minutes of the show should be interesting

It's been consistently good this season, which is refreshing after last year.

My buddy and I noticed that too. Also didn't expect him to die either though.

That was a major wtf for me. My friend predicted the cliffhanger would be Darryl and Merl pointing a gun at each other to end the episode. Pretty damn good guess.

They show Daryl running through the woods. It sure seems to imply he doesnt die, considering where that episode left off.

The only shows I really follow are Dexter and TWD, I like drama/suspense type series like that. I'm trying to decide which one to get into next. My list is:

Homeland
The Wire
Game of Thrones

Anyone have any feedback in general on those? I'm sure I'll watch Breaking Bad again, I watched the first maybe 2 or 3 episodes and it didn't totally suck me in and never went back to it. But everyone sure raves about it.

Watch all three. But the order to do it is Homeland (if you want to you can burn through the whole series in the next two weeks and be caught up in time for the season 2 finaler), then Game of Thrones, then The Wire over the summer when there isn't dick on.

If you like suspense, it doesn't get better than Homeland. The Wire is arguably the best show ever made and Game of Thrones is really fun as well. Highly recommend all of them.

Watch the Wire so you can walk around and chant "Omar is coming". I do this all the time and see if people catch my reference
