No mater how good a player is in nba draft once they go to wizards they always fail until they leave are team. I'm sure if Beal was on another team he would be doing good.

I have no doubt Beal would be doing better on another team. The Wizards' aura of fail has pretty much doomed Beal's rookie season.

Ernie can find role players with latter picks and hit big on Redd, but man his track record blows when it comes to early picks. You'd think just sheer odds would be in his favor to hit on one early, jeesh.
