Don't have to believe it if you do not want to, but this Knicks team has the ability to win it all, and a lot of people are going to be feeling dumb come playoff time.

what does that even mean lol , the bulls were an excellent rebounding and defensive team , what made them "not built for the playoffs" and what makes the knicks "built for the playoffs" how do you even evaluate being "built for the playoffs" lol

How hard would it have been to go back and check the OP? Which was made by a Miami fan btw.

I personally see the ECF as Knicks vs Heat with the Knicks winning in 7. Knicks depth and veteran experience is what will help us in the postseason.

But yeah, this thread was started by a non-Knick fan, as most always are.

The Knicks are not getting out of the first round. I don't care what their record is right now!

Wow, you really think the Knicks would win a game 7 on the road?

Also, depth doesn't mean **** in the postseason. It's all about your top guys getting it done.

 Celtics play ball in the playoffs. Not the first month or two.

Knicks are the one team that can dethrone Miami because they have the superstar player that is necessary to go all the way

Let's face it there is no parity in this sport like other sports. You need a superstar player and Carmelo is capable of playing at that superstar level

And with the commitment to defense behind him with the Chalders and Rasheed Wallaces of the world as they all buy into Mike Woodson's defensive philosophy it's a perfect combo

You don't win championships in December. So regular season records to this point are pretty much irrelevant to me. Right now the only team that is above anybody else is Miami.

It makes for a much better playoffs with the Knicks as the top seed instead of the Heat IMO.

Game 6 or 7 with Lebron in the Garden is a different level of epic, especially considering how hungry Knicks fans are/have been for a Champion

Knicks wont win it this year, they are just on a hot start.

Perhaps next year, if the knicks can add another great peice or trade Stat for someone with a heartbeat

Knicks went 18-6 to finish off last season with Woodson. Yup, clearly a hot streak.

You got stomped in the playoffs, that is the only streak that matters.

The depleted Knicks won just as many games against the heat in the playoffs as a healthy thunder team. This even after a controversial game 1 where many feel the refs played a huge part in the heat victory. But it doesn't matter anymore, Knicks got a better team now, LeBron doesn't have a chip on his shoulder anymore and the flopping rules have eliminated the acting and flopping that they used to steal games. It will not be easy for them to repeat, that's for sure.
