I don't get Knicks fans. I mean, they talk about the Nets...er, the Nyets (wow, that's not old or anything)...on a daily basis. Real, vitriolic, bitcy ****, let me tell you. Yet, really, outside of a few comments here and there, the Nets forum really doesn't pay the least bit of attention to them. It's like the Nets crept into their house late at night when they were children and **** their moms and told their fathers to go get them a sandwich and a smoke or something. Annoying.

So I just read that a woman won a $1200 jackpot at a casino, but when she had to show ID, it was discovered that she was an illegal immigrant from Mexico, and she got deported. Her winnings are still at the casino, where she'll have to claim them in person when she has a valid ID.

The part that really made me do a double-take was when she said that the casino should put up a sign or something that lets people know that they don't want illegal immigrants playing at their casino...what??? The fact that you're in the country illegally isn't enough of a sign that you're not welcome to play at a casino?

BTW, I'm actually very liberal when it comes to the topic of illegal immigration, but that was just, wow.

Yeah it's pretty funny. It seems like quite literally every other day at least one Nets thread pops up and goes 3 pages minimum and usually more like 6 to 10.

You realize what they were doing when you get to the front of the line and tell the cop I forgot my ID. He tells you sorry, go get it or I can't let you in. You walk.

I am not even debating if it's fair or just or any of that, cause in all reality I think it's somewhat $hitty, but you can't be too bright if you're trying to claim a prize with a fake ID in a casino of all places. :lol:

its crazy how many nets threads they start.... we arent in brooklyn for a full season yet and knick fans already have an enormous inferiority complex. like an older brother screaming for attention once his new baby borther is born.

it seems they want the nets to lose more then they want their team to win. reminds of redsox fans with the yankees
