Googled it... that story rules.

There needs to be a MMA lore website. Sherdog does a pretty good job in their FAQ, but it hasn't been updated since PRIDE and that story isn't in there.

The best is when Wand recounted the story. They asked who got KOed and he wouldn't say but kind of cryptically implied that he didn't ever end up paying for any pup lol.

lol

Speaking of settling things. This isn't nearly as badass, but for a white collar version of the above, I've read before that Frank and Lorenzo settle business disagreements/make contentious decisions based on a bjj rolling session. Again not as badass but you have to wonder what the magnitude of some of those decisions are when it comes to billionaires making presumably financial decisions based on who can choke the other out.

I think that's a great clause because they constantly have to train as well. It keeps them sharp, and also to avoid conflict, it provides an incentive to hash things out before it gets to that point. Sure beats the typical office backstabbing and politicking.

But what if Frank really, really, really wants that Jones/Silva fight, but Lorenzo refuses to let it happen, and everytime they roll for it, Lorenzo uses his record-sized biceps to RNC the sh*t out of Frank. Would you favor it even then?!

Frank should have had some private training sessions with Vitor. That's on him.

Random thought: Who would you guys favor in a Maynard/Chandler bout?

Toss up. Chandler by sub or Maynard by decision.

Matt Hughes has officially retired and is now UFC VP (of probably sitting in an office somewhere).

I'd love to listen to Matt give advice to the fighters about how to be a role model.

Again, AMAZING talented fighter and tough as hell,
but to me, a deplorable human being.

Dana is saying Vitor/Rockhold next.

Same scrum: Said Page has made like 15 mill over the past 5 years, also said the faker from the last card probably won't be back, and finally sounded optimistic to sign Barnett I think he said "probably".

Have you read this review of his book? It was attributed to Sean McCorkle but apparently he stole it from elsewhere and just claimed it was his, but it makes Hughes look like the scum of the earth basically.

That's great.

But I like when he says "Claims he is of Italian descent (he's actually half-Jewish, half-Irish)"... lol Half 'Jewish'. Awesome...that doesn't even make sense.

Wow just read it.
Hughes comes off as such a douchebag, which isn't that shocking.

That was the first time I found about him doing horrible things to animals.

No turning back for me, made me sick and that was that.

That review was hilarious though.......

Dana White just chose to answer my question on the radio! I got to ask him what he plans to do with the infusion of new talent in the UFC and the title pictures due to it and having GSP/Anderson/Jones all fighting each other.

Dana wearing Nick the Tooth shirts and posting pictures of him on twitter now? Maybe Nick replaced Ronda as his favoritest.

Oh jeez. :( He's hurt a lot of people and creatures.

That review does fall into pettiness, I wish it were more objective. But some of that summary seems like it can't not be accurate.
