Using the PM function + questions

Hello, I'm a new user and I have some questions I'd like to ask an admin via this PM function, but it says I'm unable to because I need to post more. Is there any way an admin could contact me or provide me a way to do so? Thanks in advance.

PM functionality is disabled for newly registered users. It is a feature we just recently added for our registered members and do not feel comfortable opening it up to everyone. As you become more involved in the community, your PM access will become enabled.
