He does boneheaded things sometimes, I really don't get it. Luckily it didn't cost us the game.

The Kings fought hard as expected. A few weeks ago, I thought that this one was going to be a loss. I wouldn't have even minded losing it if it were irrelevant to us, but it became an absolute must win for us.

A little history lesson for everybody. The Sacramento Kings lost their first game ever in Sacramento against the Clippers by 4 points (108-104), which happened to be the first game of the season. Tonight, we beat the Kings by 4 on the last day of the season and it may very well be their last game in Sacramento. I didn't find that out until earlier today, but I thought that there would be a huge possibility that we would win this one by 4.

Big 3s by Crawf down the stretch.

almost reached through my computer screen and killed Hollins.
all is well in Clipper country.

the 4 and the 3 seed function the same for us anyway.
tough series with HCA...2 tough ones starting away.

very happy.

someone make the game 1 thread and let's get ready to work.

Wolfay wrote:I appreciate the little tribute to the Kings OP. Y'all got the Lakers beat in class, that's for sure. Hopefully the Kings stay put and Cousins matures enough that we can get a good rivalry going.

Good luck in the playoffs.

Thank you.

I, like most fans would love to have Sonics back in the NBA, but I truly don't want to see it be at the expense of the Kings. Sacramento proved to be a good thing and could do it again under the right ownership/management. KJ has been phenomenal in his efforts to keep the Kings in Sacramento and I hope that it pays off. Expansion has recently been brought up and I don't think there is a big problem with it. Maybe the league will get Seattle an expansion team and all parties involved are satisfied.

Best of luck.

Postgame Report

“Chris told me, ‘I need a big one from you,’” Crawford said. “And I was like, ‘Alright, I got you.’ He did a great job finding me.”

Crawford passed Rasual Butler to set a new single-season franchise record with 149 3-pointers.

“He had his rhythm all night,” Del Negro said of Crawford. “He set the franchise record, most threes in a season, so I’m proud of him for that. He’s been great for us all year.”

“For me, it’s not really about making the shots,” Billups said. “For me, it’s really just about getting out there, running around, going through plays, getting hit a couple times and just playing. The shots are going to come and go, you can’t really control that. To be in tune with what’s going on is more important.”
