I doubt it, this guy knows the area too well.. and someone on 4chan is posting that Sunils mailing address has been 89 Dexter which has been coming up numerous times now.

Gun wounds for the one killed and one seriously injured. The other 3, it's still unknown. Gun wounds seem like the likely answer though.
