No Götze is going to suck but should be a fantastic match. If München wins the join Real Marid, AC Milan and Liverpool in elite category with 5 European cups and would get to keep the trophy.

Dortmund will be sentimental favorites. Who doesn't love Klopp? Lets just hope it doesn't go to penalties especially with two German clubs. We could be there all night.

I dont't see it being as close as people seem to think it will be.

Tied up through the first half and Bayern will pull away in the 2nd half.

My prediction is 3-1

Dortmund is the only team in the world that can beat an in form Bayern, but I am still going with Bayern. Losing 3 in 4 years would be depressing.

with that being said, I think that Dortmund pulls off the upset. Klopp has been historically good in nullifying Ribery and Robben, and Bayern is vulnerable vs big, versatile strikers like Drogba or Lewandowski. To put it in NFL terms, Bayern = 2007 Patriots, Dortmund = 2007 Giants. 8-)

Any updates on Götze? From what I'm reading he is expected to be ready to play the final. Would suck big time if he had to sit out.

German media is expecting him to come back in time. He has a hamstring at his thigh. At the moment it looks like he could play the final.

I can already see BVB fans insulting him badly if they lose and he plays bad in the final (because he isn't recovered fully after the injury - not because he doesn't want to win).

So far this season dortmund have drawn 1-1 at the Allianz in the league and lost 1-0 at the Allianz in the cup. With both teams now rolling and a neutral venue, this is a totally toss up.

I expect more an away game for Munich. Their away fans are solid but they don't beat Dortmund supporters.

Preparation match is on.

Bayern only with 3 starters and Dortmund with 6, though. Will probably still be a good game.

I'm sticking with Bayern through the end. They have been by far the best team in Europe this year and deserve to cap it off with the CL title.

Hahaha. Even the game between their two reserve teams is really intense right now already. Yellow red for Rafinha. Neuer has saved a Lewandowski penalty, too.
