I tried adderall today just because I wanted to know what it did, and I had an amazingly productive 3 hours at the lab. Not something I'd normally do, but interesting drug.

My whey has BCAAs in it. Some people add it to the water during workouts though. I just never felt the need.

Same here. I'm pretty sure majority of high end protein has BCAAs in it. And that's usually more than enough from what I've been told.

all protein has bcaas in it, thats the point.

taking bcaa isolate is supposed to be better though because its not bound by peptides ot other proteins in wpi/wpc and hence faster synthesis
