I just can't see the logic of not having Duncan on the floor to begin the fourth or at the end when Bosh was able to get that board to flip to Allen

Even my mom who has become a casual fan of sorts as of late suspects there has to be a fix.

There is a certain logic there. It is poor and it has burned every team who tried it. Just ask Frank Vogel.

Rasho Brezec wrote:Best thing Miami has going for them is Spoelstra, how anyone can get a team full of idiots like Chalmers and Cokeman and stiffs like Miller to play such great defense is beyond me.

LeChoke is living up to his nickname, it's embarrassing how they sag off of him and he's too scared to shoot. Wade has turned into a stereotypical Florida resident, an old fart with health problems who does nothing but bitch and moan. They have two Rashard Lewises on the team, except one is in the starting lineup and looks like a dinosaur.

The only way they win this is if they risk on OD'ing on steroids and force their way to a win.

Horribly disappointed in the Spurs. Dying seconds in the game, Spurs up by 3...Miami inbounds the ball, all the Spurs had to do was put two arms around the guy. Total failure on Pops. I'm sorry that's on the coach. Instead the play goes on and Ray hits the 3 sending it to OT.

That was the SAME problem Indy had in Game 6...ended up losing the series.

It wouldn't shock me if Miami blew out SA in Game 7.

Timmy not in the game at the end cost them big time. That's what sticks out the most to me. Missed FTs although huge, they happen from time to time. Especially to a 21 year old and someone who has been having a horrible series.

I heard a stat for last night's game that during Duncan's 44 minutes the Heat had 8 2nd chances opportunities. During the 9 minutes that Duncan sat....9 2nd chances.

Leclutch?? File that one under "sh*t no one has ever said before"

Aside from the one 3, he was doing his best to choke the game away in the final minute. Spurs just needed one board.

How so? Spurs got away with a lot too. Is it the refs' fault the Spurs were stubborn with their pick and roll offense which they couldn't execute?

Couple of things Pharm...

I was telling my brother that last night when he called me after the game. I really think Miami will blow them out in game 7. Especially since they almost lost last night. They could taste the lose and if they did Lebron was going to heart forever...Regardless of the fact that they had an opportunity to even win because of Lebrons 4th quarter surge... Wade and Bosh are the guys that have been mostly invisible...

That Ray Allen truely has ice water in them veins boy-
The dude caught the pass with out walking jumped with a hand in his face and nailed that 3 with 5 seconds left. That **** was crazy!

Did Stern tell Pop to sit Duncan?

Though, I wouldn't put kidnapping Manu's family past him.

I did too...I tried until I saw the Kings vs the lakers - everyone would tell me I was crazy. (Tim Donaghy later confirmed it). and then I saw that game one when we played Miami last year where whistle city went down and it's never been the same. I'm trying to block it out- trust me

Meh. You can't stage that Allen threeball. That was just a great shot.

i know people kill POP for going to Manu, but the truth is that they have no one on that team that can provide dribble penetration besides Parker.

And when Allen is on the floor (or even Miller) you have to try and exploit that matchup because LeBron is going to matchup against Parker. And LeBron's defense on Parker was straight up insane. He was able to deny dribble penetration and shooting off the dribble. If LeBron stops Parker at the top of the key, then you either have to go to Manu off the side to create or ISO Duncan down low.

The truth is that Manu needs to create off the dribble when he's on the floor. That's his job, especially when LeBron is matched up against Parker.

Can you tell this to Manu? Also tell him "create" doesn't mean throw it into a double team or out of bounds.
