Cliff notes: Shaq was a beast. I wish there was another Shaq in the NBA. Just don't see guys with his body type often.

The spurs lost cause of Manu.

I think Manu will have a break out game they need to look for him in the first quarter to get him going.

And if he's bad early, bench him completely. This could be his last game ever, but Pop has to do what's best for the team.

I agree, If he has a awful game again i would just let Neal take his place he's been playing well for them.

I'm not even a fan of both teams (though I want the Spurs to win) but I can't wait till tonight. I'm so anxious.

Come on Spurs. You can do this. It would be especially sweet to send all those
MIA fans home unhappy.

Hard to imagine the Spurs winning tonight, they might even get whipped.

I'm actually kind of nervous. I really want Lebron to cry on national TV.

I respect Pop but I actually do think he's missing the boat by not playing Blair or T-Mac. Spitter and Manu are just not performing and I think T Mac still has 15-20 minutes of all around solid play in him, especially against reserves.

LeBron officially has no weaknesses. He does absolutely everything either above average or exceptional. It's just not fair.

Won't be surprised at all if he put him in and he did something nice. What a story that would be.
That would be so Pops.

Re: NBA Games Discussion Thread - Part 2
Blair would seem like a defensive liability with the small lineups the Heat are playing. I don't see a matchup Blair can win on that side of the ball, I can see why Pops doesn't play him.

Who will be the Spurs' Mario Chalmers or Shane Battier? That will determine the 2nd half, as far as I'm concerned.

Kawhi Leonard definitely has some Duncan in his facial expressions.
Which is to say he has zero. Just seems to always be focused on the game and never emotional about it.

I need therapy, every time I see Leonard score, an image of Jan Vesely in a Wiz uni flashes in my mind.
