This draft has been wild. I am still trippin about the Cavs taking Bennett at 1.

There has to be a medical issue with Noel for him to fall that far. I am fine with the Wiz taking Otto.

Hopefully they can find a combo guard later on.

Seriously, that would have been a great use for our seconds...

The Cs know what they're doing and they are going to like who they will be getting.

Cap space. Want Dwight Howard.

Boston doesn't have any space to absorb Marion.

Probably a different deal for Dallas

It was a trade up, we didn't have any ability to get that pick as we didn't have a mid rounder.

Eh, he just gets that way when people express strong opinions. We know we're brilliant even if he doesn't.

Maybe so, but I like Fishercob. Decent fellow.

I would rate him above Aaron Hernandez. 8-)

love the wolves trade so far. If they nail the 21, they did a great job considering what happened at 8. I don't believe we could absorb the salary necessary for a Robinson, or the Mavs deal. Am I wrong?

Fishercob would never kill without good reason. Is hyperventilating online about a draft pick a good reason for a killing? If we're all still alive in a week, we've got our answer.

Porter isn't going to help us at all this year. I have no doubts Noel will be the much better NBA player in the future.

You really don't believe Porter could give as much as Trevor Ariza offensively off the bench or defensively? He's likely already better at getting others involved in the game than Trevor Ariza.

Ariza is one of the best defender's in the NBA. We all saw that last year. No way is Porter a better defender than Ariza. Otto Porter at 198 pounds isn't going to get PT over him. Martell showed he's a great shooter. I don't see how Porter gets any meaningfull PT at SF with those two playing their vast majority of minutes at SF.

Not saying he's a better defender, just wondering how you don't see him factoring into the Wizards plans next season given that he's a good defender, passer, and shooter. He'll be a better defender than Webster, he may be a better shooter than Ariza as it stands now. I think Porter's skill makes Ariza that much more expendable. He will give the same defensive effort Ariza does and become a big part of the defense oriented style of play that Wittman has laid in place.

You don't keep Porter off the floor---not in D.C.

Nice pick by Minny. We should have fired EG and elevated Flip to GM :)

While I cannot condone it, I can understand it.

Flip has acquired Shabazz Muhammed for Burke. Will get another player at 21.

I'm not a huge Burke fan but I think he's going to be really effective on offense. Shabazz, not so much.

Jalen Rose, shockingly, made a coherent point in that Rubio and Muhammed balance each other out really well. Muhammed, on a lot of teams, may not have worked out but on Minnesota, I think he could flourish.

No, it was a trade up/back with future second rounders.

@WojYahooNBA
The Celtics send Dallas the 16th overall pick and two future second-rounders, league sources tell Y! Sports

@chadfordinsider
Mavs will select Kelly Olynyk with the No. 13 pick. and trade to the Celtics. Mavs get 16 & 2 future ends.

I really like Shabaaz. I think he's been unfairly downgraded in the draft. He'll be a better pro than college player.

Wow, I didn't think the Bucks had the guts to pick Giannis (sp?). Gotta say I'm impressed.

Dallas trades back again! They trade 16+Cunningham for 18+#44.
