I may be reading too much into it but I feel the Cavs are gonna trade Varajeo Thompson for.... Matter of fact gonna make trade on T&T board.

Why? It's not as though the Cavs are having a net increase in big men from last year in fact I wouldn't be surprised to take at least one more (center hopefully).

Only a matter of time before this initial shock turns into unrequited love and a bunch of "wait and see...it's too soon" posts, regardless of whether he's playing good or like trash. I've seen it two years in a row already.

Personally, this draft was weak all around, so it's hard to get worked up over any pick. I would've preferred the Cavs to trade this pick, but of course that's a two way street, and no one was willing to pay the price CLE was asking for.

Obviously, the only thing about this pick was the fact that they already have Tristan Thompson. Surely the long term plan isn't to play both at the same time, right? TT is an already undersized at 4. I can't envision him playing the 5 with Bennett who's even more undersized, playing the 4.
