Has to be viewed as a victory for the pro-tanking brigade, doesn't it?

Bledsoe is a solid player, but not the type that's going to put this team in contention on his own.

This will be interesting. They might play dragic and Bledsoe together. Both have a little tweener guard to their games and dragic was effective playing next to Nash a coue years ago. It really looks like this new suns regime is doesn't believe in Marshall and might get the joe Alexander treatment and not pick up his option.

I'm a fan of both the suns and bucks so this is a bitter sweet day for me.

Even Gery knows.

Odd. With the Hunt column earlier in the year and this I'm starting to wonder are some of the media turning on Kohl and this organization. Even Begel hasn't had a column recently defending the Bucks.

My relationship with the Bucks at this point is like Chris Rock's with rap: "I love rap music. You know, I LOVE IT! But I'm tired of defending it".

I don't always give out John Hammond's Cell Phone #.

But when I do, it's to the entire RealGM community.

That phone number was an asset to you. You had a direct line to the gm. You've squandered it.

They're second round pick for the love of God! How deep do you think the next draft will be exactly?

Opinions on Dudley seem to be where I differ from most of you. Dudley is the perfect cheaper replacement for Butler. TS% of at least .575 each of the last 4 seasons.

Our assets I see as possibly more valuable than Dudley to LAC

Sanders
Henson
Ily
1st rounders

That's it.

Udoh, Mam, Ayon aren't netting you what Dudley will.

Are most of you okay with giving up one of those first 4 options to get this done?

So the Bucks arent going to play with 7 players and 3 2nd round pics this year? Now that is inside info. Buck Pack, stand down, Gardner's got this.

I see BuckPack is online, just waiting to hear what disappointing news he can share with us.

What I dont get is..

Why not get Marshall?

Yea he's not better than Bledsoe, but its another prospect. Maybe he eventually allows you to move on from Jennings. His former teammate is Henson. Maybe he just needs a new address to really showcase his skills. Why get nothing?

I mean..even if you got Michael Beasley I'd say at least you're hoping this is a Chauncey Billups like "4th time is a charm" type scenario.

But this?

I mean...Raptors fans are laughing because it reminds them of Colangelo type move.

Chris Paul should be thrilled with this.

But we could have received Bledsoe for Redick, surely. All that Phx contributes to the Clippers was Dudley. We could have offered a player of equal or slightly better worth and didn't.

Who could the Bucks have offered in addition to Redick though? I doubt they would want Moute, Udoh, or Ayon and the Bucks wouldn't add Henson or Ersan. I don't think they'd be all that interested in a pick seeing as they are trying to win now. The Bucks just didn't have what the Clippers were looking for. They wanted two wings players who can shoot and they got them. The Bucks couldn't offer that.

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.
