Looks very Mack, AJ Price, if not worse.

One thing I'm encouraged about is Otto's ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the basket.

When he actually tries its seems as if he can beat his man reasonably well.

He just has to finish better....which will come with strength.

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Typical Ves, barely makes an interesting offensive play then a boneheaded defensive play!!!

This quarter Terrence Jennings and C J Leslie look like the two best players on the floor for either team.

That's because CJ Leslie is Vesely with some actual basketball skills.

Vesely has clearly spent a lot of time working on his jumper. I liked his last shot, even though it was a miss. Nice step back j. Went up with great form but didn't go in.

The Wizards summer league team is dreck.

I am disappointed that Otto's not a better player in this setting. On the Knicks board one fan posted you wouldn't know Porter is out there if he weren't the third overall pick.

Not panicking about Otto but I do wish he were better right now.

Not trying to harp on Porter. But considering he was the third overall pick and the only player on this summer league team that figures to be a key piece in the future, he is the only guy I really care about out there.

And I just don't see it.

What are we supposed to be getting from him? This year or down the line? As I said yesterday, I'd be happy if he just developed into a 3 and D guy. But he doesn't even seem capable of supplying those things yet. He can't shoot, which is no big deal right now. That can easily be improved. But he can't create his own shot, doesn't create for others, isn't a great rebounder, appears to shy away from contact and, worst of all, doesn't look capable of putting his stamp on a game in any tangible way.

How much better are Wall and Beal really going to make him? And is that what we're banking on?

Can we wait until halfway through next season to see where Porter is at? Judging from two summer league games probably isn't the best idea. Not saying that summer league isn't worth discussing, but don't make it the barometer of whether Otto will be a bust or not. I hope someone could find some reactions from fans after seeing Kevin Durant go 4-19 in his first summer league game.
Ah wait, here we go.

This is a really disappointing start for Otto- he has not looked good.

Has not been able to buy a jumper or get to the rim, has not been able to stay in front of his man on D, hasn't shown good hands either on the dribble or on the catch. And he's getting tossed around like he's a buck thirty-five out there.

I really wanted to be impressed, but he has not looked anything like what a #3 pick should- especially a guy that you were sacrificing high ceiling potential for right-now NBA readiness.

I've seen this movie before, except Beal was starring. Not pushing PANIC yet. But haven't been impressed. Kid looks lost out there..

Over reactions.

Otto will be fine. I'm not worried at all.

You could tell Beal & Wall were studs based on the eye test. Honestly, Porter really does seem like he's just out there. He's not showing he's a 3rd pick in the draft player.

The difference there is Beal could do something at an elite level and that was shoot. If all else failed, you knew he still could be a lights out shooter. Porter doesn't have anything to hang his hat on.

You think they would add better athletes to their summer team.

These games are very disorganized. Some better athletes would help.
