Everytime Jermichael Finley does something good I throw up in my mouth a little.

As re-tarded as this play was, I can't say it doesn't look cool...

I recall people saying he was overrated during the years no one threw it to him. He could have easily just been living off of his name after that breakout season.

He has been horrible since leaving Oakland, exposed maybe?

Alright, dinner is ready. I'll probably be back later to lament Kevin Gilbride's play calling and Eli's mouth-breathing, but I'll be damned if we lose to the Cowboys.

Good luck to the team Skates is rooting against.

I keep hearing how the Packers got screwed by that last offensive possessions by the 49ers, but a couple of things:

-the offsetting penalties were BS...Staley was standing up for his QB, and Matthews was the one throwing punches...both should have gotten penalties, in addition to the personal foul on Matthews

-McCarthy accepted a false start penalty to make it 3rd and 6 in order to avoid a 4th and 1...if called correctly, Kap's run would have put them back at 4th and 1, or maybe 4th and 2...they could have very well gone for it and gotten the TD anyway

Honestly, seems like most of the media has this huge GB bias, where they're constantly pointing out how they get screwed, but ignore the times they get the benefit of the whistle, just because they're the Packers.

It would have been 4th and 2, much different than the 4th and 1 that McCarthy decided against. SF is guaranteed going for it on 4th and 1, and probably kicks on 4th and 2. Staley initiated all of the aftermath after the Matthews hit. Both deserved penalties.

Media bias? Aikman hates the Packers and that bias is pretty evident. Rodgers was smacked a good 2 seconds after a throw and Aikman said it was a "good call".

Defense played well for Carolina to hold the Seahawks to just 12 points. But DeAngelo Williams has trouble holding onto the ball. Fumbled 2x today, but he was lucky when the first went out of bounds. He played and ran hard, but this loss will fall on his shoulders. They had a great chance to score a TD with 6 minutes to go with a first and Goal which would have given them the lead, but the fumble gave it away. Defense had a couple opportunities to try and stop Seattle, but I think the wind was taken out of their sails with that fumble. Still, my hat is off to the Seattle Seahawks. They are going to be a tough team all year long and should make a pretty good playoff run.

To his credit, DeAngelo did step up and take the blame for this loss. So did the O line, but they were pretty good. So did Greg Olson, who had some good catches, but two critical drops. At least those at fault take the credit.

Agreed, I thought they might flag him for taunting a few plays ago
