Seriously, f*ck everything about the running backs on this team.

And f*ck Tony Corrente for not calling roughing the kicker because he thinks Weatherford swung his leg.

The scary thing about the Giants is how they can just play a 4 man rush every time and still get pressure. It's probably why they have been such a bad matchup for the Packers over the years.

Giants controlled and dominated the game all night but they shot themselves in the foot with those turnovers.

It's going to be interesting next week especially at the Meadowlands.

All of you making proclamations about who's coming out on top in January are just plain foolish. This happens EVERY freaking year -- after one week everybody knows exactly what's going to play out over the next 16 weeks, so we might as well all go home. And then Week 2 happens, and we say "Oh, right, THAT'S what I meant" and we get it right. And then Week 3 happens. And so on, and so on.

Weren't we supposed to have some combination of GB, Atlanta, Denver, or Houston in the Super Bowl last year?

Predictions about Superbowl are futile until the regular season ends and even then there are always major upsets. It is pretty uncommon for the Superbowl favorite to win it all, the last one I could recall that did it was the Saints in 2009.

There are injuries that could completely change the path of a Superbowl route. For example, Brian Cushing's injury pretty much took the Texans out of Superbowl contention. They looked like the most dominant team in the NFL before he got hurt. Then they became the team that everybody wanted in the playoffs because of how bad they were playing.

Very much agree...this happens against Denver and Peyton will put up 50 easy.

It was my bold pick, so it doesn't matter. Harbaugh is probably too good of a coach to miss the playoffs since the Niners have been fantastic since his arrival.

having the one of the best if not the best rosters in football doesn't hurt their chances either.

Since I've calmed down after last night, I've realized that this team really desperately need a veteran running back. I was pretty disappointed that Bradshaw left. I have an awful feeling that they might bring in Brandon Jacobs since he's on the market and already knows the system.

Everyone on the offense outside of Eli-Cruz-Nicks seem to be off kilter. There is no rhythm or rapport with anyone else, though Rueben Randle seems to be getting better.

Justin Pugh looked decent and besides the first quarter Demarcus Ware was kept relatively quiet.

The turnovers were devastatingly bad, and Eli didn't get enough of the blame (as usual, because he usually still fills up his statline). The one thing that I believe is the big problem is Kevin Gilbride's utterly idiotic play calling when urgency is needed.

If this team hovers around 9-7/8-8 again and doesn't make a miracle run, this whole staff needs an overhaul. Kevin Gilbride and Perry Fewell need to stop getting away with the same recycled garbage they call week after week.

And like clockwork, the Giants have invited Willis McGahee and Brandon Jacobs for workouts.

Apparently they wanted to bring in McGahee last week.

McGahee is a pretty good RB still when he is healthy. The issue with him is his health and his age which are two red flags especially for that position.

I'm predicting the Broncos-Giants game will be high scoring although I was extremely impressed with the Broncos defense last week but maybe it was just **** Ravens offense. Not sure.

That Giant-Cowboy game was awful last night. Neither team impressed me at all. But the NFC as a whole is pretty strong. No real terrible teams. The 49ers look strong right now but I expect the Packers to be there at the end. Saints D look much improved, and you know the Falcons will win 11+ games.

Can't wait for the Skins tonight. Just 5.5 hours to go. I'm anxious to see how RG3 looks. I figure he'll be a little bit rusty considering he hasn't seen live game action in 8 months. We'll need the running game to carry us, and hopefully an improved D.

Atlanta is going to go as far as the OL allows them to. I felt like I was watching Georgia/Clemson again yesterday. Still was only about an inch away from winning the game, though. So it wasn't that bad overall. Jackson looked great and the rookie corners impressed. Osi was getting consistent pressure. Win at home next week and we're back on track.

Carson Palmer looked solid. He spread the ball well and used Fitz. The defense though sucked. Could tell missing Daryl Washington was big no pressure on Bradford at all.

Fortunately David Wilson is still a big part of the Giants plans moving forward. Coughlin is probably going to give him another start next week but he's definitely on a short lease, another fumble or a couple missed blitz pickup assignments and he could be watching extensively from the sideline.

Literally about 10 seconds before that touchdown I said to myself, "This Eagles offense will be really dangerous if Mike Vick cuts his turnovers down."

The offense is for real, Vick just needs to be more accurate with his passes. Missed a couple wide open guys already.
