Thank you for this.

That's Ernie logic right there.

I'm not saying trade Nene means rely on KS of JV. I think trade Nene to get another player better than either of those guys, be it in the draft or by trade.

Ariza. 2-9 (0-4 from 3PT). Oof.
Webster. 0-3 (0-2 from 3PT). Oof.

And it's not like they were tired from spending all of their energy locking up Singler (5-10, 3-6 from 3PT) and Jerebko (5-7, 1-1 from 3PT).
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

Thats a what a Ive been saying.

Temple is fine off the bench. I like Temple.

Randy has to adjust. He took to long to adjust last year as well and we always where down to start every game.

Webster needs to start. Period.

Not sure if they are putting Trevor A out there in order to try to trade him but if that is the idea, its not working.

Oh, I'm fine with trading Nene for some quality pieces. I just reject the notion that KS or Ves have prominent, permanent roles on this team.

One of those nights where I would have loved to be in the locker room at half time.

Who else was going to shoot it? It had to be Rice with that group on the floor. I'm not sure he ran the play right, which is why I don't think he'll playing much this season. Maybe a few minutes here and there unless somebody gets hurt.

Nah, no sense in bringing them in cold after sitting for so long. I'm fine w/ giving the second unit the reps.

Kevin show improvement. 11 rebounds 14 pts in 26 minutes.

Wall had zero assists. How is that possible ?

First of all, nobody is trading Nene unless it appears we're out of the playoffs. In the first half, people including myself, we're calling those guys stiffs and now they are All-Stars. Fickle-ass fans.

Nene is a very good player for 25-30 minutes a game. Not sure Booker fits well with him because he needs more help defensively. I like the guy and would like to make the playoffs. We're not making it with Ves and Kev as our starters.

Did I read the box correctly. Wall had no assists?

Passing to Ariza will do that to you I guess
In Rizzo we trust

Ariza was busy building the the frikkin great wall. But that's unfair, the chinese didn't use that much material.

So hard to gauge this team with Otto and Oakfor out and Randy not starting Webster and AH getting zero minutes tonight.

Guess its going to come down to the last preseason game before we know what Randy really has in mind.

Last game is tomorrow night.

Hes not getting paid 13mil for 25-30 mins a gsme...and he plays well but he doesn't fit...we're not in sync with him on the floor...it would be different if okafor was healthy but hes not...and when he gets healthy nene would probably be injured again because he been banging around with centers...

Nene would be good on a contender, and hes healthy right now....perfect time to shop him...hes also not s key factor in us making the playoffs...wall/okafor is...if he was really key we would've won more than 1 preseason game, and the only game we won he was out...
Pay your beals....or its lights out!!!
Bron, Bosh, Wade is like Mike, Hakeem, barkley...3 top 5 picks from same draft
mike, hakeem and Barkley on the same team!!!!

Wasn't actually a half bad attempt by Rice in the end. Unless Rice steals most of the back-up minutes at the 2, I don't foresee him playing much this year either. There's almost no minutes available at the 3 for now, at least until Ariza is traded.

Nene is very good for 25-30 minutes. However, his best ball IMO is everyday from now to about the next 1-2 seasons, or until he gets hurt more seriously should that happen sooner. Nene's window of opportunity doesn't match that of Wall or Beal IMO. I think he's not going to make the Wizards world beaters.

If Okafor can come back in February, I guess that would change the whole playoff outlook. Nene really could be good then. Just seems to me the Wizards would do well once again to take a step backwards with the future in mind. Maybe trade him for a younger big man, or as part of a larger deal.

So is Webster really making over 20 mil to come off the bench? I know Ariza is a better defender, but he can't shoot plain and simple. Unless they're plan is to showcase him before the deadline, he shouldn't be starting over Web.
