So Frustrated(The GM/The Medical Staff,etc. No hope in sight

So frustrated being a fan of this team. Rebuilding since 1980. Seeing the same mistakes over and over. Drafting the wrong players...trading away a future pick in a deep draft....trading for injury prone players.....misdiagnosing injuries....signing free agents that nobody wants. Cutting players more talented than who we keep. Printing 1st round playoff basketball tee shirts...releasing confetti after a regular season win. Spending Max Money on a guy with a terrible knee and then doing it again on a guy who had a stress fracture and cant shoot. Having no salary cap space on a 30 win team. Seeing players regress constantly...Seeing a GM 900 games under .500 retain his job....seeing an owner we thought be the savior actually be worse than the owner he took over for....overpaying players...bad contracts....the constant injuries...the stupid marketing....the vision...being happy as an 8th seed....

How do i get out? This team has no future....no hope....its just makes no sense that nobody in 30 years can make this team even somewhat successful.
