I want to join in here for a moment.

JJ Redick is a very limited NBA player. That being said, in the right situation (like alongside the dynamic and irreplaceable Chris Paul in a screen heavy motion offense), he is a good fit. He is a good jump shooter off curls. He benefits from a penetration pg in a screen heavy offense. He is still a below average defender. He still can not create his own shot. He still is a weak rebounder. He can pop. He can shoot. He is smart.

Is there really anything more to say?

I would say this is fair and no not much more can be said.
