You'd have to use the per 36 numbers, not the raw numbers to get a better comparison. I'm not saying that Price is on Sessions tier of play, but he can fill in if need be
I also understand your reasoning about only considering Price as a replacement level backup only if you had an elite starting point guard. I just happen to believe that the Bobcats need to start taking some chances versus being stagnant. I don't think it's realistic for them to think that they'll become a winning team by holding onto every productive piece that isn't producing wins now. Sessions, Taylor, Henderson, or somebody else that's currently in the rotation won't be a part of this team when and if they expect to turn the corner
