He's fast coming around his picks, he's very confident in his mid-range game, and he gets in the lane pretty comfortably where he'll often beat the defense to the rim. He's not dishing many assists right now, but no one on the Jazz is doing that. The Jazz are a mess.

Jazz are a mess, but they are 2-4 with Burke, compared to 1-11 without him. Diante Garrett came along a few days before Burke, he's helped too, but the Jazz have looked for the most part a notch or two better on offense than they had before. Don't know if he'll catch up to MCW, but can't say I'm too upset with what I've seen so far.

The Cavs are a bunch of morons for passing up on both Mclemore and Oladipo. I knew they should have selected either one of them over Anthony Bennet and it was VERY obvious too.

Here's something to consider: Oladipo, Tony Allen, and D-Wade are all 6'4 but Victor is more physically gifted than both of them with his 6'9 wingspan and 40+ inch vertical. Then when you look at McLemore you see a natural scorer with an excellent 3-point shooting stroke and a high ceiling.

It's not like McLemore and Oladipo were sleepers in the draft either, everyone said they were among the top 3 prospects, Bennet wasn't one of them.

Watch Cleveland get the first pick this year and select someone other than Exum, Wiggins, Parker, and Randle.

Giannis played 28 minutes tonight: 10 pts, 7 rebounds, 4 ast, 1 block, 2 to, 4-6fg, 2/3 3pt, 0/2 ft, +16.

Bucks win; out-tanked by Boston. (OT: Knight went off 20pts, 8 ast, 9 rebounds, 3 to, 1 st, 1 blk -7-14, 3/3 3pt, 3/4 ft, +4., Mayo 9-14, 22pts.)

According to the Celtics CSN sideline reporter Wolters called out the Bucks team last night on their effort. Didn't play tonight (not related). I'm sure that Larry Drew appreciated him stepping up and saying something, even though he's a rookie.

For a 19 year old this kid is exciting to watch. Imagine him in 10 years when he's 29, now that's dangerous. I wish he got more minutes though, I hate seeing Butler play over him.

Yeah it's obvious watching Giannis that he's going to be legit...the question is how legit? His ceiling is pretty limitless, extremely unique skill set. Has also shown a smooth 3 point stroke, something that was a huge question mark when he was drafted.

can anyone get me a summary on giannis and burke's games tonight? especially giannis' 4 assists i know they had a good night but didnt get the chance to watch them play

i was able to watch tony snell today. man does he have an offensive game. i mean compared to jimmy butler, he has a more natural and smooth game and shot

i hope butler gives him some tips on defense especially since he got those long lanky arms. at the same time i hope snell gives butler some tips on offense. not that butler sucks on offense, he's clearly improved but more polish should benefit him

Giannis is going to be so **** good. He's the youngest player in the league by 8 months and he is jumping up from the 2nd tier professional league in Greece.

Dude is a natural basketball player and a freak of nature.

Could Giannis be the best player from this draft class when it's all said and done?

Could be. He's not Durant though like people try to compare him to because he's lanky. Durant has elite offensive skills. Reminds me of Batum, but I think he can become better than Batum.

Wouldn't be a bad bet, the kids ceiling is stupidly high.

How many players in the NBA can pull off that block and dunk sequence? For him to do that at 18 impresses the hell out of me

Hopefully the Bucks don't screw up his development. They could be quite good if they get a top 3 pick to go with him.

Burke put the dagger in the Suns tonight. He had a nice game overall, but hit back to back three pointers with about 4 minutes left to bury the Suns for good. Such an improvement from JL3.

The Jazz were blatantly tanking by playing JL3, let alone starting him. He was a third string PG on a team that didn't make the playoffs and yet somehow found a starting job with Utah .

10 years from now I'll give the best player in the draft to McLemore or Giannis

My standards for basketball are not real high, but JL3 is unwatchable. Just brutal.

thanks bro. man the guy is talented. can shoot, pass, run the floor, rebound, has athleticism and potential to be a good defender because of his long arms. i hope drew gives him more minutes

Those Snell highlights made me think of a skinnier version of Latrell Sprewell. I'm not saying he'll be as good as Spree, but who knows.
