Wow, great move for chemistry Morey. I bet Asik will be a pleasure to play with now.

Houston has ended talks on an Omer Asik trade and plan to keep him for now, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

Best news all day, we keep Bass and our pick.

True that.
Good assessment:

PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

ahhh, no. bass has been good this year, but he'll always be bass. he'll never grow 6 inches, he'll never be a rim protector. just get rid of the damn pick. brooks could easily fill lee's shoes.

Ya I can't stop checking to see if a trade has been made either. I'll be pissed if Houston doesn't trade him. Hurry up already.

I think Danny is winning this battle regardless. Either Morey caves and deals Asik for that package, or Danny doesn't give him what he wants and he is forced to hold on to Asik so he can get paid to sulk on the bench all year.

Well it's time to get back to real life... See you guys in the next 5 hours or tomorrow when the trade rumors heat up again.

I would like to sign him to a 40 year contract. I'll let him set his price.

I'm real life pissed off right now. Would've rather he be traded to Cleveland than more of this wait-and-see game.

How many times did this happen with the LAC-Rivers deal or another deal. 4-5 hours from now a tweet will come out saying trade talks are back on. Standard operating procedure for Celtic trades.

Just be patient. Ainge has set this franchise up perfectly. No need to bend over for some team looking for an unprotected pick for a huge salary rotting on their bench.

Mehr, F U Morey. What are you really expecting to get from Asik. Nobody is giving up lotto picks or high upside young players. Just take your role players and late first and move on.
