Yeah, I think a lot of people were thinking that is what he was doing when he started to struggle.

I have no idea why the brewers wouldn't have been able to figure that out. Didn't some opposing teams guys even say something about it last year?

Player postgame interviews: Yeah, we hit him hard because he's tipping his pitches.

Brewers coaches: Yeah, well that's like their opinion, man.

i think it was the very beginning of the season. For some reason I think it was the Rockies. I'm not sure if that was the first series of the season but it seems like it was.

How doesn't the team notice that he's tipping his pitches? That's just absurd. They should have figured that out earlier than anyone.

He thinks the Brewers think they are contenders?

I mean, they know they have 6-7 good hitters so I wouldn't be absolutely shocked if they were in the Wild Card hunt late (wouldn't ever predict it though), but I think the Brewers not spending means they think their window is not this year.

Brewers are heating up talks with Mark Reynolds. He kinda crosses the barrier of "hating strikeouts is overrated" thing but I wouldn't hate it. I like the power/platoon theme but we are way too right-handed and assuming Francisco stays around as the 1B/3B platoon guy, the defense is horrendous on the corners.

You always need a backup catcher but Maldonado shouldn't be doing much at 1B. He can't hit.
