Too much coasting.
lebron is having one of the best offensive seasons in league history. i'd hardly call that coasting
durant had just about as good a case last year. the only difference here is team records, folks
ray allen and battier are way off of last year's sharpshooting pace. mike miller is gone. haslem has been injured and useless. that's a lot to make up for
No he isn't. He was a better offensive player last season. Shooting doesn't tell the history. Factor in turnover rate, and LeBron looks worse. Now he is at 122 ORTG. Last season he was at 125. Durant is at 124 now. His AST% is at the lowest point since 2008. His TS% is also dropping. 70% in November, 65.4% in December and 63.5% in January.
In January only, he is at 31.2 USG%, 40 mpg, 28.1 ppg, 6 rpg, 6.3 apg and 3.7 topg (on 63.5 TS% and 119 ORTG). For instance, Durant in January: 35.5 USG%, 37.7 mpg, 36.1 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 6.1 apg and 3.1 topg (on 65.0 TS% and 130 ORTG).
Durant is much better now, without his sidekick, and a bottom 7 3pt shooting team (34.3%). LeBron's with Wade for 7 games in January at 34 mpg, and Heat is a top 7 3pt shooting team (37.6%). And playing in the West.
LeBron shouldn't be a dick. He shouldn't tell he's jealous of Durant's shot and how he would put up Wilt stats if he had Durant's shots. Durant is way more efficient at the moment.
What Durant's doing to keep OKC in the game on the absence of Westbrook is not human.
At this point what can you say about Lebron's seasons in Cleveland? you say that what Durant is doing with OKC without Westbrook is not human, so Lebron's seasons with the Cavs, he was alien!
This OKC roster even without Westbrook is>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 2006-2009 Cavs roster!
