I swear I just saw Wall tell Wittman not to call a timeout. I think I have seen this happen before too. If so, Wittman really needs to step in and take a timeout. We can't wait until we're only up two to call one. It's just dumb.

Well, we had a good future in Beal. Wittless said "I'll take the case!"

How is Drew Gooden winning me over? I thought I'd never utter those words.

You're 6 for 18, BEal. C'mon, buddy: hit on more FG and make me proud. :)

I like that lineup with him at the 4 and Gortat at the 5. Not sure I'd start him because I like him coming off the bench but it seems like he's changing his game some. He' not just a stretch 4 anymore. Ok he's mostly a stretch 4 with a little bit of a driving ability.

Or Singleton instead of Harrington. Nice.

But I'm eating crow on Gooden...that was a great pickup by Ernie.

Gortat has stepped up after a poor-shooting first quarter.

At this point, it's hard to pretend that Gortat doesn't have a major impact on this team.

Big FTs from Gortat! :)

I hope Nene is working on his FT shooting while he's rehabbing -- even if he can't get on his feet yet. Visualization exercises; something.

Probably worth the 21st pick in the draft?

Gortat really grinding out a solid game against a tough matchup in Cousins.
