I don't think LeBron's leaving Miami. Pat Riley is a genius and he builds nothing but Title teams.
Except for the 90's, 9 years in the 2000's, and half of this current decade Riles has dominated the
NBA. He's putting the finishing touches on the team that will take down the Spurs. He's got Granger
And McRoberts. LeBron and his 2 buddies are gonna stay in Miami. I'll repost this when they sign.
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying Michael Jordan

McRoberts and Granger aren't helping them beat the Spurs. To even entertain that idea is laughable.

I think some of thi stuff as legs, but a lot media hype as well. Once Bron has his meeting with the Heat the narrative can easily be James leaning towardings returning after meeting with Riley. Will Heat fans turn on Bron? Huh? all ten of them, the Bron fan boys will simply switch squads.

Part of me hopes he leaves because I'd love to see the "heat fans" go into a tizzy.

The other half of me hopes he stays, because that Miami team is doing nothing but getting older, and worse.

I don't really want to deal with a lebron on a young cavs team either. I think the cavs team is far superior to what the heat would have next year, especially if they went out and got Love.

Why would you care? The Bulls are losing either way.

So hard to say.

Signing McRoberts and Granger makes it seem as though they know everyone is coming back since they are paying them out of the MLE and BAE and not cap space. If they were worried that LBJ and/or Bosh were leaving, wouldn't they keep their cap space open?

I'm in the minority and actually like those signings a lot.
McRoberts could be their version of Diaw while Granger is low risk/medium-high reward signing.

Chalmers / Nole / Nappier
Wade / Allen
LBJ / Granger
McRoberts / Haslem
Bosh / Andersen

vs.

Irving / Dellevedova
Waiters / Karasev
Wiggins /
LBJ / Thompson / Bennett
Varejao / Zeller

More potential in Cleveland, but a better immediate shot at a title in Miami IMO, though Cleveland could clearly make more moves and has more assets.

I don't think Miami has enough next year. If they return as presently constructed with big time additions of McRoberts and washed up granger... That team is not improved.
I would however, love to see the miami heat arena empty again. (outside of the 1st quarter)

If he would take $15m like he did for Miami, Cleveland wouldn't have to use assets to move Jack or if they did they would have another $6 or $7m to spend.

* I wouldn't complain either way if I were a Cavs fan.. just seems odd to me. Money didn't matter then, now it does it seems.

If I were moving from Miami to friggin Cleveland, I'd want a pay raise too. Wouldn't you?

Plus that letter would still be in the back of my mind.

Also, LeBron probably feels like he can get it done now without a super team, after getting to the finals despite Wade's decline and Bosh being turned into a role player.

Newest sources have confirmed that Lebron's camp has restocked the cleaning supplies of his mansion in Akron, have publicly reached out to his cleaning lady with a similar message --"Be prepared" or "Preparaos" to the Hispanic staff. On the list were a variety of cleaning supplies, Comet, dust busters and loads of Mr. Clean.

All the better. I'm intrigued to see how much lebron can throw on his back. D wade will be getting a piggy back ride all the way to the playoffs again.

I kind of hope lebron leaves the heat just to see the 7 stages from the heat fans.

They ARE pathetic and hilarious. Lebron wants rings, and there isn't a single one left in the entire city of Cleveland ... including the one Jim Brown got jacked.

Miami fans are so petty about a team that just lost by the highest amount of difference in NBA finals.

If it was costing my new team assets/cap space to improve my chances at a title, maybe not.
It's not as though he's unfamiliar with the area and hates it there.

And if that letter made any difference to him, I don't think Cleveland would be an option. He knew it was a reactionary tantrum by Gilbert.

Why do we think Wiggins is a 2? Seems like when OKC thought that KD was a 2.

Amico-@SamAmicoFSO: Cavs have had back and forth with LeBron's camp, more than what's been reported, I'm told. But source says he thinks LBJ leaning toward Heat

All the signs are there. Partying with Wade last night. Meeting Riley in a few hours.

Cleveland insiders getting word he's leaning toward the Heat.

Its done already imo.
