Deng and Thomas to Suns? If your the Suns, would you rather have those 2 or Bledsoe

That's a good question. It certainly is looking like Phoenix is preparing for the eventuality of not matching a max offer sheet for Bledsoe. Hopefully Hammond can get in there and get it done and hopefully Kidd can make a phone call.

That is if Phoenix gets Deng.
actually I think it's much more likely that dragic is getting traded... or just a minor move like moving ennis.

I thought about that, but I really think that Phoenix is working pretty hard towards putting themselves in a position to make a run at a high profile free agent in the coming year. I think they'd be willing to avoid maxing Bledsoe to do it, and I don't think moving Dragic does much to further that goal.

I guess we'll find out soon though.

Have no clue why anyone wants Lin, other than potential assets.

What I really want to see now if Bone unchained. Let loose Bone or forever lose my respect! (What little there was left)

Either way them using some of their cap and looking at guys like thomas can't be bad for us if we are really looking to offer bledsoe the max

Well if Lin goes to the Lakers, cue the Hammond trash fest on here.

It's depressing Hammond some how managed to keep his job. Like really depressing.

Gross. It'd be better to just add Ben Brust to the roster.

I think sometimes people on here forget there are 29 other teams in the league with the ability to impact any giventransaction. Its not like Hammond isn't making the calls, other teams aren't obligated to trade with the Bucks.

If Lin goes to the Lakers without any assets coming their way then there's really nothing to be upset about.

Maybe the Lakers are willing to take Lin attached to less assets? It may get to the point where there is enough competition for Lin and/or the asset dump that it is becoming not worth the Bucks' time?

If we really want Bledsoe, hopefully we can swing a S&T, because the RFA routs is so unpredictable. Has there been any confirmation that we actually have mutual interest with Bledsoe?

Deng being courted by Phoenix is interesting. Can't see them maxing out Bledose and then signing the likes of him and Isaiah Thomas vs maintaining caproom to chase a superstar.

They're not the only ones going after Luol though.

Rivers isn't that bad, he had some good games at the end of last year and isn't even 22 yet. Would be a good guy to buy low on.

Deng and Thomas are solid adds for the Suns. Might be able to get them in top four category out west and the Spurs could decline very soon. I am guessing they would have money in 2016 for. Max. Not much out there for 2015 anyway. Might be smart to start trying for the playoffs and winning as much as they can th next two years and try for a max in 2016.

Not sure where tis leaves bledsoe though.

Am I in bizarro world? Why is everyone pining for Jeremy Lin? If we don't get him you'll be angry at Hammond? I get the "asset collection" thing but it's not as if Jeremy Lin at the deadline is gonna land us a stud prospect or a first rounder. What am I missing?

A team with a ton of cap, could actually put together a pretty decent team just by absorbing mostly Houston leftovers;

Trade 1 - Absorb Asik
Trade 2 - Absorb Lin plus NO First
Uh oh, Houston has to match Parsons, Trade 3 - Absorb Montiejunas and Terrence Jones

If that was the Lakers that pulled that off instead of chasing free agents;

Linn, Nash, Marshall
Kobe,
T Jones
Randle, Monteijunas
Asik, Sacre

Crazy.
