I know it's not popular thought out there, but I wouldn't mind having Boozer.

Also, anyone else thinks Deng-Spo will be a better story than Twilight?

Ira Winderman ‏@IraHeatBeat 1m People, if you are smart, you will have your taxes done next year by Andy Elisburg. Fascinating number crunching going on at 601 Biscayne.

When asked about who'd win a possible Cavs-Heat matchup on opening night, Bosh left no doubt where his head is at.

"Of course, we're going to win it," Bosh said. "And let me tell you something, nothing's going to change. If anything, I'm going to have a bigger chip on my shoulder. Maybe people in Miami really don't know that side of me, but I want something more than just to compete. I believe in our ability, no matter who I'm playing with. You ask me 10 times, 10 times I'll say yes."

Maybe it's just me but this quote really gets me excited for next season. What a turnaround from Friday eh?

Run DLC wrote:Bosh has always made promises that he can't deliver. Remember all those times he said he wanted to averaged 10 rebs per game for the Heat, didn't happened. Next year, he'll have more pressure to put up big numbers because he'll have a big target on his back as the highest paid player on the roster and second highest paid player in the league. He's going to need to average 9+ rebounds next season to shut his doubters up.

RUN are you sure the pressure put on him is from some heat posters, I am sure Pat Riley looks at it differently...I don't think he has to provide ANYONE ANYTHING....if we played to his strengths, this is a moot point..IMO

Is anyone else watching Andrew Wiggins play and not impressed? Looks like a more athletic version of Dion Waiters.

I have no idea how well we'll play next season, and it's too early to talk about seeding and playoffs and stuff like that.
With that said, most of us seem to be pretty excited about the next season for various reasons, and that's usually all I can ask for as a fan. :)

Hope we can prove this "NBA writer" wrong, though :wavefinger:
http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on-basketball/24617754/seeding-the-new-look-eastern-conference-teams-playoff-style
1. Cleveland Cavaliers

This is what signing LeBron James does, and if the Cavs can acquire Kevin Love, they might be championship favorites. Let's forget Love for now, though, and just assume James' presence will attract a veteran shooter or two. New head coach David Blatt is considered an offensive genius, and he'll now have all the options in the world at his disposal. James and Anderson Varejao will have to cover up for a lot of their teammates' mistakes on defense, but an elite offense, a pretty good defense and the best player in the world could be enough to make it to the finals.

5. Miami Heat
You don't just replace LeBron James. Luol Deng is about as good of a starting small forward as Miami could have hoped to acquire, but the Heat will have to redefine themselves. Fortunately, they have a head coach who has overhauled everything before. Miami might adjust its defense as much as its offense, and it'll be interesting to see if Pat Riley tries to bring in some frontcourt help for Chris Bosh, who's suddenly going to have to do a lot more with the ball.
