Since Shaq/Zo we haven't had a real center that was solid . It would be nice to get one to move Bosh back to the 4

Pat Riley offers salaries based on their uninflated value, other teams just throw money at players

For the 4778373th time, he is going to follow Lebron james, he said it already he will play for whatever team Lebron goes to

He is contemplating retirement tho.... Hope he retires lol

I think he retires. Playing a year for the Cavs would be a struggle with no assurances.

After seeing that Caron deal I guess we were better off the Granger deal

Sucks that Morrow is off the market, would love him here as that backup SG to Wade

Miami Heat Off-season thread 13.0 In Riley We Trust

Post#1749 » by WD » Mon Jul 14, 2014 2:25 am

Heat fans, can we try and appreciate what the front office is doing instead of constantly throwing your personal "wish list" into every piece of HEAT news?

Look at every teams signing and compare it with what we are doing and ask yourself, which org is getting the most value?

Stay positive

Stan Van Gundy is setting himself up nicely to return to the LeBatard show as guest co-host in ~1.75 years.

Oden should be coming back,so hopefully he'll be good for 15-20 minutes a night starting next to Bosh.

dude.... if only we had prime Wade.

That team is a lock for the Finals if we had Prime Wade.

I don't know what Wade we are getting next year. It all depends on him. He better stay on that paleo diet.... if he comes back healthy again..... even if not prime wade. just a healthy current wade... we are ECF locks and possible Finals favorites imo.

If bosh maintains/plays consistently/improves even a little AND we see either Wade or Granger return to superstar form...

This team becomes very hard to beat.

May be evil, but I am hoping he fails for solely that reason

Honestly, the fact that we're actually excited about the upcoming season and not crying in a dark corner in the fetal position is a testament to how great of a job this front office has done. I'm sure all Heat fans appreciate Riley, Ellisberg and company for what they've done despite the circumstances.

Don't give up on Oden just yet. We all knew the first year back in the league he was probably not going to contribute right away

I like Alan Anderson and Shannon Brown the most on this list. There's also Rodney Stuckey and Evan Turner.
