I definitely lost my patience yesterday, the Humphries signing put me over the edge. The brilliance of the contract we got Lance to sign completely turned things around though. Our front office knocked it out of the park after screwing up the Hayward and McRoberts signings.

#5 seed in the Eastern Conference is probably the worst case scenario in my eyes. I think we could achieve #3 or #4 seed for home court advantage in the 1st round of the playoffs. It's too early to predict, but I'm currently staring down us winning 50-55 wins pending if we re-sign CDR and make a few other moves to improve that I believe are possible

There must be a market for Henderson, even if it's one team looking to not get embarrassed every game (Philly) yet still tank safely.

We could easily dump Henderson on Philly, it might only cost us a 2nd rounder. HInkie seems to have an obsession with stockpiling them.

They didn't take Lin and 1st, theyre not going to take Hendo and a 2nd

It was a weak plan...

Stephenson had been in the process of finalizing a possible deal with the Mavericks before the Houston Rockets decided to allow Chandler Parsons to follow through on his offer sheet in Dallas, sources told RealGM.

Cho has been crapping 4-leaf clovers all offseason between the lottery, Vonleh falling, the Rockets inexplicably gambling away Parsons then not matching. Cho was rebuffed on all his highly prioritized plans, Henderson + 24 for Afflalo, Hayward matched.

This guy almost struck out.

IT'S TIME TO VENT CHARLOTTE..IF YOU WATCHED GAME 6 LAST NIGHT I"D LIKE TO HEAR YOUR OPINION on LS!

Hand swipe to James face was intentional.
Standing over James and not moving where James had to put his head in Lances crotch to force him to move was intentional and he should have been T up.
The boilermaker he put on Norris Cole was intentional and the SOB should have be thrown out and fined 25K

This guys a lunibin :banghead: :banghead: is a bad example for kids coming up.
I hope nobody signs him . As far as I'm concerned he can go play on Rodman's N.korea team..

What a joke!!!!!!!!!

the more harm Lance does to LeBron, the better.
let's hope there is plenty more where that came from!
Lance is my favorite player in the NBA and the true NEXT JORDAN

You may be right, but seeing as how young our team is we have the luxury of sending a pick or two out right now. We shouldn't hesitate to attach next year's 1st to Henderson to simply dump his contract if we can't find a suitable player to swap for him.

Yeah I LOVED ISAIAH, I actually have him in my top 10 of all times and my Uncle who was a REALLY good street ball player grew up and played with Strickland. I met Rod on two occasions. Always loved his game

does your uncle have any stories about Strickland's bad temper?

Not that I know of, he mostly tells me stories of Rod and Pearl Washington playing against them on Gouchos when he was playing with Kenny Smith on Riverside Church

These are who I want with our picks in order

THEM - Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen

UNCNYC - Arthur Agee, William Gates

Bash me all y'all want, but I refuse to give Cho much credit for this signing. I'm under the belief that Jordan (the owner) put the call in...

This offseason was headed towards near destruction, and remember it's Jordan's reputation that's on the line to the general public whenever the Charlotte Hornets fail, not Cho

Cho's plan B was highly suspect now that we know Stephenson was on the verge of signing with Dallas (probably for over 10 million BTW). He lucked into the 9th pick. He lucked into Vonleh who was supposed to go top 5. He lucked into Lance and probably was pressured by Jordan to sign him. Houston not matching on Parsons saved Cho's ass on this new Hornets kickoff.

When Afflalo opts out, they need to sign him.

He seems pretty lazy so he probably didn't know what was going on. I bet he just sat in his office twirling a pencil and waiting for MJ to just take over. MJ seems much more plugged in to what's going on around the league.

Great day for the Hornets! Now, trade Hendo (and whatever else) and get Harrison Barnes. I am the minority on Barnes but I want him here.

Lance makes the whole team better but I'm particularly intrigued with the potential for some incredible chemistry on the court with Kemba Walker. I think they will terrorize the East.

Do you guys think we still need a reliable 3pt shooter off the bench?
I still see some trouble with floor spacing. Not as much as last season but its still there.

Return to Charlotte Hornets
