You damn straight I'm going to keep laughing. So in your opinion Taj is overrated, overpaid, and just a guy to other teams in the league. Did I get that right?

You sure did.

Please tell me, I beg of you to tell me who is scared or intimated of Taj Gibson? Scared of his deadly 17 ft brick shot?

Taj made $7.2 and Crawford made $5.2 last year.

Don't get the overhype he gets on here because around the league he is just known as a guy.

It's funny how players on our team are over-paid and overrated, yet then expected to be traded for players that are supposed to be better. If a guy like Taj is just "pretty decent", why would other teams want him? Damn our front office, why can't we trade guys that are overpaid for guys that are better?!!

I can't tell you, but then again who is scared of any bench guy? Specialty is defense so replace brick shot with blocking an opponents shot. Those weren't good questions to make a point though. You could say that about even a guy like Crawford.

Who is scared or intimidated of Jamal Crawford? Scared of his deadly no defense strategy?

I find it funny how the just decent player almost won 6MOTY and is considered one of the best defensive PFs in the league.

I'm not crying about this whole Kevin Love ordeal. As soon as Cleveland got the #1 pick and then Lebron jetted to Cleveland, there was no doubt Love would be a Cav. Let me make that clear! Taj Gibson is a solid bench player that comes off the bench at pf/c. We just invested a decent amount of money in two of the same players and now we are stuck with paying Gasol/Mirotic/Gibson about $21 million dollars to play the same position. That kind of irritates me.

I for one wanted no part of Stephenson, but at this point......I'd rather have him over a Taj or Gasol. We have too many PF''s and Taj is the only one I don't want because he can't score. The Gasol experiment should go okay, he's a really solid veteran. Mirotic is a work in progress, but if you are paying him almost $6 a year, he needs to be on the court.

Just think Taj is overvalued by a lot of Bulls fans. He's a pretty decent player, nothing more.

Seems that the 49 first place 6moty votes (Crawford 57) show that people other than Bulls fans rate him a little higher than "pretty decent".

But we didn't play 3 guys to play the same position. We paid 3 guys who are interchangeable at different positions. Both Taj and Gasol can play backup C if need be. None of these guys between Taj, Gasol, and Nikola are the same. The fact that they are all different in skill set is why they are all on this team. To say a group of people are overvaluing a guy doesn't mean you have to underrate him and what he excels at. Taj is not just some guy around the league people know him and respect his strengths. To not want a guy because they can't score is a BS reason. Not everyone on the team has to be a good scorer.

Lebron and Andy??? If the proposed trade is signed Wiggins and Bennett and pick then Cleveland is a loaded team. Love,TT, Verejao & LBJ front court is a devastating rebounding team. So, this rebounding prowess alone is going to make them a a little better defense since its going to negate second chance points for the opossing teams. I think people are underrating Waiters defensive abilities, his scouting report has man to man defense as his strengths but his team defense is where he has to put his focus.
Unlike Miami this Cavs team will not have overlapping talent like LBJ's and Wade's. And TT, Love and Andy are one of the best offensive rebounders of the game. And as far as injuries to Kyrie and Andy, many games they were just held back by the team for tanking purposes, so i wouldnt worry about their injury history. Still lot of depth and overall team talent compared to Miami.

LOL, I have had NO hope we would get Love.

I am just around because we have the worst wing squad in the league and our log jam at the PF position is killing us for not having ONE accountable wing player besides Jimmy who is strictly a defender.

Hard to say anything is killing us when we've yet to see a preseason game, let alone a regular season game. It could turn out that our wings truly hurt our quality of basketball, we could also find out that this team as constructed is far better than anyone would give them credit for. People can point to stats, but until the season starts those stats must be taken with a huge grain of salt. Players often feed off other players, until it's seen how this mix works together on the court all we have is speculation.

Yes, we don't know how this team will look or how they'll feed off of each other, this is true. But come on, we all know that our wings don't match up with any of the other championship contending teams wing play. There's just no getting around that, and no excuse if Gar/Pax don't fix that after all the resources they had this summer to do so.

I wouldn't mind a wing upgrade, or an upgrade anywhere for that matter...but I'm in wait and see mode if nothing jumps out at us. I'm not sold on some of the "upgrades" supposedly out there...heck I'm not even sold on those upgrades even being available seeing as they only exist through rumor of supposed insiders that have changed those rumors with every other available tweet. I'm not sold on this incarnation of the Bulls, but I'm also not so sure they can't contend. We've upgraded our shooting, if Rose returns to form we've also got one of the best weapons in the league surrounded by a very (on paper) talented roster, with a top 2-4 coach. I like our odds.

If it's still possible to get involved...

CHI Receives: Waiters, Martin, Dieng
CLE Receives: Love, Dunleavy, Robinson III
MIN Receives: Wiggins, Bennett, Gibson, Snell, Picks

We have a log jam at wing position, you have a log jam at PF.
Martin from our part, Taj from your part. Maybe needs a minor add-on to make the trade fair.
Seems logical for both teams.

I hope we can get back involved but it's too late, I fear.

Minn : Wiggins, Young, Bennett, Picks
Cleveland : Love
Philly : Martin, picks

It'll probably go down something like that IMO.

So cle can get Love with Wiggins/Bennet, but they decide to help Chi get waiters/martin without getting Taj for themselves?

They won't have the balance the Thunder has, nor will they have the defense.

They will be a super charged Portland.

Don't even bother with this guy. He just gets drunk and posts idiotic stuff. This is the guy who was talking about pimping his wife out to Carmelo Anthony, posting pics of her and telling guys here "they won't be disappointed because she tastes good"
