Rondo does NOT seem like he would be a good fit. Especially not for first rounders.
BAF Pacers

F. Campazzo/ J. Clarkson/ K. Lewis Jr
D. Mitchell/ J. Richardson/S. Merrill
Luka/Melo
Zion/Gay/Gabriel
KAT/Kabengele

F. Mason, Jontay, J. Harris

We should definitely explore trading for West with PG out. East is wide open and I'd take a West/Melo/Jose core any day of the week.

If Indiana is rebuilding, would NY roll the dice on a deal that brought Hibbert and West to NY? Would Larkin + Shumpert be enough with NY taking back George Hill's contract?

Knicks would have a starting front line of Hibbert/West/Anthony but will lose all 2015 cap space.

Would a backcourt of Calderon and Hardaway Jr with George Hill and JR Smith off the bench be good enough?

Just food for thought.

Is Hibbert a good fit for the triangle offense?

Would be more like Amare, Larkin and Shumpert, also we would have to absorb Hill's deal. I think I would do the deal. Seems like the east is wide open this year and if Hibbert can be what he was in the 2013 playoffs we could make the finals.

Josh Smith makes some sense here solely because of the Lebron & Love tandem.
Josh can guard Lebron while Melo guards Love.

Knicks get D.Montiejunas, Gee

Rockets get JR Smith

With the loss of Lin, Parsons.. surely the Rockets could use some extra offense.. Jr fits into their system and i like Montiejunas in the triangle. How high is D.Mo's value?

yes but my gut feeling tells me Jr alone wont get it done lol, D-mo is a skilled 7 footer with range

Shump/Pablo for D-Mo/Gee is probably more realistic..right now Ish smith and isiah Cannon are covering the backup PG spot for the rockets. Pablo would be an upgrade & Shump will improve their defense but that bench will still have trouble scoring.

Yeah, I doubt they would do it. They probably would need some big man depth since they lost Asik too. Dwight and DMo are really the only C's they have I think.

Ya as of right now d-mo is our backup center...we have Dorsey but he's 6'9 and is our 3rd stringer

If Clint Capela beasts in the d-league and gets a call up and continues to beast, who knows? But I think well be holding on to motie and letting Capela play with the vipers the whole year
