JV needs to start shooting those midrange jumpshots... Damn he'd be unstoppable.

Jonas and DMo both showed up for the game today. That's always nice.

10 pt game but considering the low scoring (26-36), the deficit is somewhat significant.

Valanciunas with 10, 9 and 2 blocks. Something impressive is that Kirk Penney is scoreless.

We are witnessing JV grow up, just dominating, albeit against a mediocre New Zealand team.

That Val-ley boy is killing it today. He understands what it takes to keep moving on!

Why did the coach just sub out JV... dude has no concept of momentum

New Zealand looks winded. This is when LTU's 11 man roster should have an edge.

that's the one aspect of his game that has seemed to regress since his rookie year. Im gonna say its the added bulk + a confidence thing.

its as simple as pinning his man on his back, receiving the pass, turning and squaring up and releasing. with that high release he would indeed be unstoppable. no more of these pump fakes every time. He just needs to turn and shoot in one motion.

I'm expecting Kazlauskas to play JV for most of the 4th quarter. New Zealand has been unable to stop him in the post

Lithus guard play is terrible... Ever since Sarunas Jasikavicius retired they've been screwed since nobody has stepped up.
