You don't waste a high 2nd round pick on any player if you don't plan on playing him. If Tank is that bad then you should have never "reached" for him in the 2nd round.

I know this is next to impossible to answer but I wonder if any team has ever won with 4+ turnovers and 15+ penalties before? I'd love to see the record for those teams that qualify.
