Yeah the TD catch was especially nice and he made it look easy, hes a special player.

Our defense did pretty decent for most of the game. We had two major breakdowns in run defense. You take out the one big run by Bell and we held him to under 3.1 per carry. The Bell 81 yard run was a mistake by either Harper of Keuchly. Both guys filled the same hole and left the other one wide open.

We are going to have fits winning if our offensive line play does not improve. People are calling for coaches heads but it is not really their fault. You can only polish a turd so much because in the end it is still just a turd. We have blocking issues and secondary issues and I see nothing coming to help with them soon.

Tell me this. How in the world is it a good idea to give 8 yards of cushion on a 3rd and 6. White has to be the slowest guy on our defense because he never starts within a mile of the guy he is supposed to defend. We need a corner who can turn an run with a WR.

need to fix the o-line for sure Cam is gonna get killed , secondary should be better as well they are pretty big but the side effect to size is slowness

we need to promote Hill from the practice squad, the offense could use his speed

Agree on Hill. We need someone to take the roof off the defense. I do think we need 2 OTs in the offseason and probably a new LG at minimum. Our secondary needs some speed. What we got by on last year was any time our front got gashed in the run our safeties could finish guys off. Harper can't catch anyone and DeCoud hasn't ever been able to tackle.

People gave Gettleman a lot of credit last year for picking up scrap heap guys and getting it done. Mikel was coming off a solid year and Mitchell was a high pick that Oakland misused. Ginn was always a solid returner and straight line runner. This year Gettleman did the same but is flaming out. Young misused talent can be fixed old broke down players not so much. He told us we had OTs on this team and I have not seen them yet and he told us how King and McNutt could be our new starters yet where are they now?

Boy are we in trouble at the RB position. Williams may or may not be back from the hamstring, Stewart has a knee sprain and is questionable, Tolbert down with the hairline fracture. Without Cam being able to run full strength right now, we have no running threat. Not a good thing. Hopefully Williams is able to go this weekend.

We need to revamp the RB position this offseason, D-Will is too old, J-Stew is injury prone and they both make too much money. Tolbert is good tho....maybe one of those practive squad guys or Fozzy is good enough to start next season

Stew is here another year at least. Gettleman's first move was to make him uncuttable coming off his injury. Williams will cost us to cut but could be cut next season.

Maybe we can find a steal RB in the draft.

That Todd Gurley dude that plays for Georgia would be nice, he is from NC also :)

RB is not the issue here. We needed at least one starting OT from this past draft and likely need 2 now. Turner is young and can get better and hopefully Silatolu will as well. I am not as sold on him after seeing how badly he held Gross back two years ago. We need to replace both tackles this offseason unless Chandler really improves over the course of the year. I only say Chanlder because Bell has had plenty of time to improve and show signs and he still is nothing more than a backup.

Williams is back, so having him in the backfield is good. But we cannot afford an injury without Steward and Tolbert' jdm3 you are right that OT is crucial right now. A certain nameless LT got chewed up by Pittsburgh's rush. That has to be addressed in the off season as I do not see much will be done during this season.

This next game scares me. Smith is going to be livid and shoving everything in DGs face. Our line can't block very well right now and that front for Baltimore is no joke. Man cutting Smith the way we did is really coming back to bite us early. That cost us possibly 3 high caliber players.
