I think they're trying to make the games not last so long for the fans, not that I think it makes a difference but I believe that's the rationale

I've never felt like games last too long, though. You ever been to a baseball game? Seems like they never end. Basketball games seem to go by pretty quickly.

Neither do I--and that is the exact reason I never got into baseball

I hope Pablo plays another 2-3 years for the Knicks. I don't wanna see the old man go anywhere (unless it's to the Spurs)

Exactly no one wants our trash. Just let them all expire.

JR makes 6 and Barf 12

They are movable

Yes they are. To Siberia.

I think Bargnani is much harder to trade than Amare. I'm sure there are teams that would love to have STAT.

I'd rather let them expire because there's no need to take on extra salaries, because that'll be the only way to get rid of them.

It's crazy, though. I remember a time when expiring contracts were trade gold.

I think it's the opposite

I think it's for more commercial ad time personally.

Hell I hope not. First thing is to reduce the game time, 2 years from now the jerseys will be filled with ads. After that they will install iPad tablets in each seat in the Garden that will run ads non-stop for 4 quarters :D

I mean really think about it from a broadcast standpoint. If the game is 10 minutes shorter what will they do with the spare air time? 500k per 30 seconds. Silver is trying to make more money for everyone.

With Iman and Smith isn't JR expendable

Guess nobody wants him which makes sense

If this is an indication of how our defense will look this season I'm gonna cry myself to sleep every night.
And just like that, the lead has been cut to 8!

We were up when JR went in for Shump rt? It was that lineup of Prigs Shump Melo Wear and JSmith. Then JR comes in for 6 mins and we're down 10.

I hate to pile on this guy but it's clear he should be a 'break in case if emergency" type of guy only

need dally or cole in there

I traveled from my hometown in GA to Baltimore earlier this year to watch an entire series of Orioles/Yankees games (Wanted to see Jeter one last time, and it's too damn expensive to travel to NY for sports) and although I had a great time on the trip, the games went on for so long I felt like they were never gonna end. One day had a doubleheader, and it almost became torturous. Thank God for Camden Yards' premium club level which is filled with restaurants and bars!

I feel like when Shump misses open threes, it's because he jumps too high. No need to jump 30+ inches to shoot a jumper.

I like the youth and mix of the Bucks roster.

They can be a sneak playoff team. Get that 8th spot or at least just miss it.

Not sure if I buy into the Giannis hype train, but if he does become a dependable player this season combined with Larry Sanders stepping up and erase that disastrous season last year, I think they can surprise people.
