Here in Dodger Country, we don't wait until our team gets good to fill seats in our ballpark.

only makes sense I'd throw my team a parade whenever I felt like it.

first of all, I would love to hear once again, why i keep seeing your reply notification yet i don't see them in the forum.

secondly, i remember Kirk Gibson's home run in 88 like it was yesterday.

Cashman better go and get Scherzer or I'm going to be one depressed fan all season.

Another good trade by the Dodgers. Pretty good offseason for them so far.

I don't like the Marlins getting Gordon. That guy is a pest and always terrorizes the Nats. Now we have to face him 18 times a year.

Marlins will finish 2nd in the NL East next year.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Another solid trade for the Dodgers.

still trying to make sense of a top prospect like Heaney going for Dee Gordon and Haren.
then going for one year of Howie Kendrick.

Please no, he'd be a horrible move for the yankees.

Marlins working on a deal for Latos and apparently Tigers are talking with the Reds for a pitcher too.

Should be interesting.

I'm sick of the team signing players on the wrong side of 30, 8 years 200 mill for him is crazy, he's not that good. The team needs a fresh rebuild, continuing to make the same mistakes is insane, he'll just be another CC. Cash needed to be fired years ago.

7 years 200 for a 30 year old? yikes.

Edit: Oh, it's 8, is it? Even worse.

the guy has been an iron man if you ask me.
He throws across his body which kinda scares me (based on my bro science and nothing more) but he's never hurt…looks like he takes great care of his body.

he might actually be the rare guy who can keep it going into his mid to late 30s.

i get it. why risk it?
and to that I'd say, Because he's probably going to kill it this year and next year and the year after that…...

I doubt it, he's a fastball pitcher, they all lose it sooner than later unless they jump on extra PED's. The yankees aren't a playoff team with him anyways so there's no point in paying him either, it just gives the fans the idea of hope when the team will just be injured across the board, we're old, we need youth and Scherzer is not that.

A ton of moves today.

Tigers get Cespedes and Red Sox get Porcello (Not a fan of this deal)
RedSox sign Justin Masterson
Reds trade Latos to Miami and Simon to Detroit
I like the move the Dodgers made sending Kemp to SD
Kendrys Morales signed with the Royals

Surprising to me is the Yankees haven't touched anyone yet and reports are coming out saying the RedSox are talking to James Shields which I am hoping happens

Friedman certainly has not wasted any time putting his stamp on the Dodgers Org... I like the moves, but we'll see if they produce a more cohesive team, I guess.
