I think this looks great! Why can't they just make the dinosaur in gold and purple our only logo?? The difference between the jersey and the circle logo isn't even good for branding, look at the best branding in the world especially sports and these identifiable brands are ONE iconic image.

Its funny because the author put the Nets alternate logo next to ours in color and, I gotta be honest....they don't really look all that much alike. The font is different. The ball is different. The use of color is different.

The shape is the same, but as was pointed out earlier, a round logo with the name written in the circle is not exactly something new.

I will say it again...if they hadn't released it in black and white, I don't think anyone would feel like it was ripping off the Nets.

only thing i don't like is silver… too many colours going on… idk how it'll all tie together in a uniform… black and gold with white accent is better imo...

OMG… let's please not do this… i can guarantee you that the logo the fans choose is gonna be so much worse…
honestly, fans would never petition to veto moves by a gm… despite all our opinions on what makes a good team, what players we should acquire, etc, we would never be delusional enough to think we should be allowed to make these decisions… what makes us think that we have the credibility to be able to do what a successful marketing and design team gets paid to do? it's ridiculous imo...
