Topped Washington and Dallas ... two playoff bound teams.

Are we still ready for a trade or do we let this team learn how to play together?

Smart! You're saying we should trade Len because he has a good record starting? His value is high right now...

Okay just kidding. The three PG lineup is working pretty well too. I'd still like an upgrade at PF. But we might just have to wait to see if any teams waive players later during the season (Knicks with Amare). I'd like to see if Enes Kanter is available, or even Derrick Favors for that matter. Rudy Gobert is a beast, and so I think the Jazz might be willing to trade one of the other bigs.

I'm happy to stand pat and watch Bledsoe/Dragic/Tucker/Markieff/Len gel even more.

The Celtics are have a logjam at the PF/C position. Brandan Wright, Brandon Bass, Kelly Olynyk, Jared Sullinger, Jeff Green and Tyler Zeller. Heard them saying that Sullinger and Green are already upset with the minutes they are getting. Give them a call McD.
Don't tell rockets fans that. They think they are getting dragic. Or should I say they are 100% sure they are getting dragic. It's good entertainment.
Here is what those wacky Rockets fans are now proposing:

Happens today

Houston In: Dragic+Plumlee+AK47+Rights to Somone
Phoenix In: Henry Sims, Papa, Shved, NOP 1st
76ers In: Dorssy, Black, Capela, 2nd rounders

They are also debating Dragic versus Bledsoe as to which one they should pluck from our roster.

Teams to watch out for.
- Cavs; they just lost Varejao for the season, Plumlee maybe a good alternative for them as he just needs to be the big body to crash boards and alter shots.

- Celtics; They are in full rebuild or heading there... Brandon Wright cant be traded until a couple of months though...

- Nuggets; May want out of McGee's contract...

- Nets; 3 of their main guys are on the block...

Cavs are on the market for a big, they have traded with Boston previously. We are on the mkt for a big (likely). Ainge is on the market for whatever.
So what 3 team could work? I hope we get Wright, and get rid of IT - althout this works straight up, no need for Cleveland.
But with our cap space and 1-2 good contracts plus picks we could make some noise soon, or at the deadline.

Rockets fans seem to think the **** ass pelicans pick they have has major value. We have the lakers pick and our pick which will be in the same range and the pelicans. Thats ignoring the fact that we dont need any more young guys lol. Theres being homers and then there is borderline crazy

Athletic back-up PF coming, who can get rebounds when IT miss shots in second unit. Can also use C when Len early foul trouble.

Yeah I would consider it if I was confident that Jones was ever going to be healthy (he has a weird nerve injury so who knows). I know everyone here hates all the goran to houston deals but realistically one of goran, IT, Bledsoe, Green will/should not be back next year so McD should make some type of deal. I wouldn't kill the suns for a DMo and Pels pick for Goran deal. He's an UFA and has a much better chance of leaving for nothing than people think. The suns biggest advantage is they can offer more money but lets be real a true vet max deal is not what we should give to Goran; a similar deal to Bledsoe would be fine but it only take one team to overpay for him to be gone for nothing(see the deal Fry got this year).
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

If Jones was healthy, I don't mind the Thomas trade... But the guy could be significantly hampered or maybe a couple of years from retirement we simply can't say for sure.

NO!

Before proposing a trade like this, take a moment and do a little research about Jones' current status. He has a nerve injury and might not be able to participate in competitive basketball before the all-star break, if at all this year. He has played in 4 games this year and has not played since Nov. 4. No one in their right mind makes a trade for such a player.

Once the Kings and Nets finish their jabbering and complete a trade with Deron Williams going to the Kings, I think the Nets will be more inclined to gut the rest of their roster. We'll probably end up doing a three team trade, where IT goes to a third party, the Nets get an expiring and Miles Plumlee, and Brook Lopez ends up with the Suns.

Nets will probably end up trading Joe Johnson to the Knicks for Amare, lol. Knicks make silly trades, I could see them taking on longer contracts.

Amare is playing good this season... Still about 15 million dollar overpaid but he has been one of their contributors. The Knicks need to trade Melo and have a clean slate next off season.
