Why is there an erect penis at the end of the logo?

Seriously, these need to be the colors. Maybe a hint of tan/wheat in there somewhere? Or silver.

I think it is... Not only are they pushing the alternate logo, but they're also showcasing the retro logo prominently.

The cheerleaders are wearing uniforms with retro logo that may indicate the color scheme moving forward. Would not be surprised to see silver replace the red.

At the RGM pizza party thingy, we were chatting with Alex about merchandising and he told us they really like the old logo and that his family is Jewish, so don't expect the Christmas colors to last.

So they're changing the colors to blue and white?

Holy balls, that scarf is going for $57 on ebay with an hour left. I should've went to that game instead of playing video games.

Arcade-inspired logos for all NBA teams.

Never saw this before. I'm guessing both sides would be unhappy if we chose to go with a hybrid.

I'll be beyond stoked if we go back to the old retro 70's logo.

I think the color scheme is fine as is, i've just never been a fan of the "Deer in the head-lights" logo that they use.

Just for fun I googled nba power rankings and scrolled through.
It didnt take long for me to be focused on the horrible team logos. So then I had to start over to actually concentrate on them. Either I am totally too old and out of touch or 85% of them were putrid. Easily the worst in sports, and that includes the college game. Most looked like they were designed by the same guy. They all had that awful USFL / cartoon feel. I may not be able to design a logo, but I can sure pick out crap when I see it and the NBA has a load of crap logos.

What are your favs of the other teams, and least favs ?

My current favorites. The Brooklyn one is their secondary logo. Come to think of it, I think I like most teams' secondary logos better.

Hornets' secondary logo is slick.

Have to agree with you on the secondary Charlotte logo --- pretty cool.
Not so much on the Brooklyn logo. The B is your catch, your main feature ? That's pretty weak if you ask me. And then use the font of a 4 year old ? At least give the B a font that can become a statement, like the D for the Detroit Tigers or something like LA Dodgers or Yankees to give it a chance. Then maybe you can use the stand alone B on a cap or polo and have it recognizable. Just me thinking out loud here.

I think maybe accountants are behind the designers these days hitting them with a yardstick any time they design something that is too hard to embroider, hence the circles and triangles and shield shapes. I get the whole basketball shape but all of these other shapes are horrible. The Bucks actually use 2 of them. Nothing complicated allowed or its too hard to reproduce ? Either that or just no creative thinking

This is the Nets primary logo. I guess I like the simplicity of it. I actually like the font.

To each their own - logos and art is certainly subjective, but for me that looks like a piece of clip art from a remedial computer class. The sheild, the font and the boring stand alone B doesnt cut it for me. No offense to your taste intended

Please... Please go back retro... The cartoon buck looks so much better... I'm done with the "intimidation" phase of logos.

The Milwaukee Bucks. Still the only major Milwaukee team to get closest to a title since the mid 1980's.

It's like a basketball is giving birth to a deer.
