That Paul George deal is pretty fascinating. I'd need to know everything in the world about his injury before I pulled the trigger, but a fully healthy George and Giannis could be an absolutely insane 1-2 punch on both ends of the floor.

now that's a crazy ass trade.

heres mine. sanders/parker/ mil 2015 #1 for paul george

Minny obviously says no. But bucks would be legit, wiggins/Giannis would be insane together. Imagine the fast breaks their defense/Rubio would create

the other overpaid star that would be a pretty good fit if their team wanted to rebuild in the next couple years could possibly include bosh in miami too.

if parker and a number 1 with sanders could acquire him..... the idea of bosh in the zaza role on this team would be pretty stupid.

I do like an allout pursuit of a healthy George better tho. the fit would be insane. id give up parker and 2 #1s if I knew he was 100% healthy.

Knight is the guy I'd have out there, even though I doubt it happens. I still question his fit here and it only takes one team to escalate his contract well beyond value.

Rockets are the team I'd target. Maybe they are interested if they strike out on Dragic, even though he and Knight are far different players. My target would be the Pelicans pick. And yes, I know this won't happen, but it's something I would explore.

Kings are second to last in blocks this year - Sanders to Kings for Stauskas/Thompson. Cut JOB.

I'd rather buy Sanders out than take on long term salary for him, assuming the buyout is less than the salary we would take back.

Alex Kennedy had a fascinating tweet/article about Knight and free agency. Quoted Knight saying something about going to a team where he can win is most important to him. Idk how to post stuff like that but I found it interesting it sounded like Knight is actually unsure about his long term future in Milwaukee... Anyone else catch that?

Are there any legit rumors going around? I think we're going to be pretty quiet. If I had to guess, I'd say Ersan or maybe Mayo is shipped out but I that is even a long shot. With injuries I doubt Ersan has ton of value. I can't see Knight or Dudley going anywhere at this point.

name a single trade out there that would be worse than a buyout. I cant think of any? unless maybe involving deron Williams? there definitely isn't a trade that could work under the cba involving just sanders that wouldn't be a massive improvement for money wise. sanders is deader than any package of 11 million coming back I can put together.

Only problem with that is they didn't show the question that was asked which I believe was something like "would you consider going to the 76ers after the season they have had". That same guy asked Lillard the same question and I'm sure a few other players as well. Must have been working on an article about whether or not the 76ers can remain a FA destination despite having a horrible team the past few years.

I don't think Knight was talking about free agency in general but whether or not he'd consider the 76ers which he responded with saying that winning is important to him. Basically a nice way of saying hell no I will not go to the 76ers.

I think any trade where we take on more salary than a buyout is worse than a buyout. We aren't getting any big time win impact guys for Sanders contract.

if somebody asks young players directly what their priority is in free agency... they always lie and say its winning. really its whoever pays em the most period.

even tho id love for him to say he wants to come back to Milwaukee and is willing to take a discount to make absolutely certain it happens. I don't expect that to be his talking points either

We could probably offer Knight, Parker, Henson and 2 firsts for Wiggins and Rubio and get turned down.

Ah, I see. I just saw the tweet and the quote from Knight. That makes sense though. I had no idea the media was throwing out questions like that to the players.

I think that Ersan/JOB for JT/Stauskas deal is what I'd keep asking on, in the hope Karl thinks he needs a floor spacer 4 to "win now" with Cousins. Still seems like a pipe dream deal to me, but depends on whether they've given up on Stauskas, and I can't see that happening now with Karl in the fold.

The only deal where Larry makes sense is going to Brooklyn, who we can't trade with anyways, for Joe Johnson, but I don't think the Nets do it without some incentive (hint Clippers first). And you've had to include Ersan for salary purposes.

the current starting 5 plus bayless, parker, and zaza are out of the equation in trades for me at the moment.

that leaves ersan, mayo, sanders as guys id be willing to move laterally just for the hell of it in salary swapping deals.

sanders/ersan or mayo.... for deron Williams is the only deal I can think of in the entire league I might turn down involving those 3. and even that one somehow I feel like Williams could get here with kidd and all of sudden get reborn into this system somehow.

Not sure why we keep bringing up Brooklyn since we're not allowed to trade with them.

Not sure the Bucks need a trade at this point. If you can unload Ersan and Sanders great. But I don't think Kidd is going to mess with the chemistry he has.

No way in the world the Bucks trade Knight right now. They don't have enough PGs as it is and I don't think Kidd is going to want someone to have to learn his system on the fly while they are in the playoffs hunt.
